OUR PLEDGE TO YOU

Weekly Visits

Your representative will visit your school on a weekly basis or as you see fit. They will pick up and drop off instruments, make exchanges and they will assist you with any repairs.

Advanced Support

Aside from playing in your holiday concerts, you can always expect to reach a K&S representative during our normal business hours. Whether your inquiring about billing, repair or just calling to say hello, be assured you will speak to a friendly and knowledgeable representative. Should you be required to leave a message, your call will be returned promptly.

Educated Musicians

All of our representatives are accomplished musicians themselves, providing you with an additional resource regarding industry related information. .

Loaner Instruments

K&S Music provides loaner instruments if your student’s instrument is in for repair. Your student will always have an instrument to play and they won’t miss a beat (or note).

Affordable Prices

Our rental prices are extremely competitive and we can save your students money! We offer affordable options to your students on a monthly rental/purchase plan, keeping their initial financial investment for their musical instrument as low as possible. Our plan is flexible as we are aware that a student can easily change their mind. We allow exchanges and there are no obligations to purchase.
