Rental Return Request Form

  • Rental return requests can only be done for the school systems that we service directly.
  • Rental return requests can only be done a week in advance of pick up.
  • There are NO pick ups at the schools in the summer
  • After you submit a request, you will receive an email from our staff within 2 business days with an RA #, direction on where and when to leave your instrument.
  • In most cases instruments should be dropped off in the main front office with proper notation that it is a pick up for K&S Music
